Alloy putty is a kind of multi-purpose polyester putty, equipped with BPO curing agent It has fast air drying, fine ash body, few
sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scratch resistance, good adhesion on all kinds of metal surfaces (except
anodized aluminum surface), no dust holes left in construction, easy scratch, no shrinkage after drying, good compactness after
grinding, strong water resistance, high and low temperature crack resistance.

It can be used on the surface of iron plate, steel plate, aluminum plate, aluminum alloy, galvanized plate, FRP, etc

1. Before use, oil stain, rust, old paint film and moisture on the surface of the coating must be removed to keep the surface
clean and dry.
2. During the storage and transportation of atomic ash, the upper and lower layers will be uneven. Before use, clean steel ruler
must be used to mix up and down evenly.
3. Mix the main agent and curing agent in strict accordance with the specified proportion (100:1.5-3), make sure the color is
consistent, and finish the painting and scraping in about 1-3 minutes, otherwise it will be scrapped.
4. Apply the putty on the polished two-component primer or the surface of the cold-rolled plate. If a thick layer is needed, it is
better to apply the putty several times to the required thickness
5. After complete hardening, it can be ground dry. The best dry grinding time is 20min after scraping (temperature is 25 ℃,
humidity is less than 40%). When painting, make sure that the putty is completely dry, otherwise it is easy to cause falling off
and foaming
